I am a local mortgage loan officer with Rate working out of our office in Carmel, Indiana. I joined the mortgage industry after watching my dad have his own construction company for over 30 years building custom homes, remodeling, and additions in the Chicago area. I fell in love with the process of home building and helping others move into their dream home from watching him. I bought my first house when I was 22 years old in Michigan. I refinanced my home in 2020 and then sold it in 2021 when I moved to Indiana. I have personally been through the experience of buying, refinancing, and selling as a first-time homeowner and went through the home buying process for the second time when I moved to Indiana. I want to help others with the home buying and refinancing process and make it a smooth, simple, and even fun experience! It should be exciting and rewarding because homeownership is! My strong communication and organizational skills allow me to stay on top of the entire loan process and keep all parties informed. My many years in sales and customer service enable me to listen actively and genuinely care about my clients and their needs.
