About Andrea Fowler
Houston native Andrea Fowler has devoted the last 23 years to giving back to the communities in which four generations of her family have lived. Fowler works with buyers seeking mortgage loans or knowledge of the various loan programs her company offers. She's grateful to be able to serve clients regardless of their backgrounds and income levels throughout the Texas market.Through Fowler's knowledge and experience within the Community Reinvestment Act and real estate market, she has become a trusted contact between various Houston area non-profits, Agents, developers, and schools. With an eye on the future, Fowler has also begun to focus on recent college graduates by co-hosting Young Women's Preparatory College Academy's 2023 Alumnae Symposium – The Bag: Now That You've Got it, What Do You Do with It? Other previous projects include her consulting with Agape Development's Affordable Homes Program for first-time homebuyers and her work with the NAACP via their Homes for Houston events. In keeping with her diverse approach to the real estate industry and a deep belief in paying it forward, Fowler is an active community member, both inside and outside the office. She is a proud volunteer with the NAACP Housing Committee and a Certified Applied Neuroscience Coach.
