RateUniversity Closing Credit

Guaranteed Rate, Inc.’s (“GRI”) RateUniversity Closing Credit (the “Offer”) is offering a $500 closing cost credit to the first 250 eligible participants that register for the RateUniversity event (“Event”) by April 19th, 2025. The Offer will be available upon closing a loan with Rate subject to the following eligibility requirements. Credit to be applied as a general lender credit at closing.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Offer you must:

• (1) Register for the Event at https://www.rate.com/commitment-financial-education-free-courses/events by April 19th, 2025
  
• (2) Attend RateUniversity event scheduled on April 26th, 2025
  
• (3) Complete a mortgage application with Rate between April 26th, 2025 to December 31, 2025, for a residential first-lien mortgage that will secure an interest in a primary residence or secondary home;
  
• (4)Close and fund your loan by December 31, 2025,
