Kathryn has been a mortgage loan officer for 23 years and thrives on assisting individuals with all of their home financing needs. She helps first time homebuyers, move up buyers, buyers needing creative financing, secondary and investment property buyers, retirees, and anyone else that strives to be a part of the American Dream: Homeownership. She also enjoys helping clients save money through refinancing and offers advice to help improve their financial picture through utilizing a mortgage. Kathryn has lived in NC her entire life and the real estate industry has been a part of her family for decades. When she is not assisting clients, she loves to travel, play tennis and most importantly, spend time with her two sons. After graduating from college in 1999, she jumped into the mortgage business and never looked back.
