Notice to vendors wishing to do business with Guaranteed Rate, Inc.

Only certain corporate officers of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the company. Employees of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. who do not hold corporate office, including branch managers and Vice Presidents of Mortgage Lending, do not have any authority to contract on behalf of the company. Guaranteed Rate, Inc. reserves the right to rescind any contracts entered into by an employee lacking authority and any vendor or service provider who enters into a contract with any such employee does so at their own risk.
