Rate Organization of Women is a community of mortgage professionals at Rate dedicated to supporting each other and encouraging leadership among women.
LEAD
LEAD is our multicultural ERG dedicated to transforming the mortgage industry by building future minority LEADers through recruiting, outreach and training initiatives.
PROUD
Our LGBTQIA+ organization has the mission to create a workplace in the mortgage industry that believes in everyone for who they are, wants them to succeed because their talents and abilities, and makes them feel safe, welcome and PROUD!
