Make your closing a success.
Rate will send you an email from flashclose@rate.com to let you know when you've been added to a FlashClose transaction.
Enter the document portal to view important information including the status of eSigning.
View, download and print a PDF of ink sign documents through the portal.
Check the portal to see if all eligible eSign docs have been signed prior to closing.
Once all ink signed docs are complete, scan and email them to the Rate closer. Mail physical copies to Rate per usual.
Sign the rest of your docs and complete the closing at your appointment.
It's just that easy!
