About Kyla DeMarzio
Kyla is a Rate Presidents Club member, and currently ranked in the Top 1% of Loan Originators in America. I enthusiastically entered the mortgage business immediately after graduation from Hofstra University in 1995. I became a member of our nationally recognized competitive dance team and entered college as a pre-med student, studying to be an orthopedic surgeon. Instead of med school, I was granted the opportunity to have the chance to change peoples lives through home ownership. I was fortunate to learn from the best, many of which are still my colleagues today. I witnessed how an industry I quickly grew to love was littered with such a lack of integrity. This further inspired me to become a student of my profession, and always "do the right thing" by my clients when others didn't. Consequently, 20 years later and with a squeaky clean lending and moral reputation, every decision I make and conversation I have is always driven with the best interest of my clients, always. I was born and raised in Northern NJ and have lived in Hoboken for the last 15 years. I love my community and am very immersed in it, both personally and professionally. Overall health, personal development, wellness enthusiast, life coach, and Mortgage Veteran are often my taglines. Avid sports fan, wine enthusiast, coach, cook, carpenter, certified AQHA equestrian, retired music video choreographer and golfer who doesn't golf enough but does have a hole in one!
