Patty Dalkos was born and raised in Chicago. Upon graduation from DePaul University, Patty entered into the family restaurant business. Her positive attitude, ability to communicate with people and her knowledge of the business allowed the restaurant to prosper and grow into additional businesses. Her excellent understanding of the business financials allowed her to develop relationships with bankers and other financial professionals. It is from there that Patty found her calling and became a mortgage banker. Because of her financial background, she has the ability to help people realize their own dreams of homeownership. Her hard work and enthusiasm is evident throughout the entire loan process. She communicates with every party associated with the loan. This is what has made her a successful banker. Patty and her husband reside in the Gold Coast neighborhood. When she is not working, she and her husband enjoy traveling, entertaining friends and family, and enjoying everything that our great city of Chicago has to offer!
