He has extensive experience on boards of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association and The Master's Academy High School, previously was President and Owner of Penn Capital Mortgage and was an equity partner with a Commercial Builder and Developer. His experience on these boards and companies gives him additional insight in finance that can help benefit and protect his clients assets. His team has always been a top producing team in the industry. Tommy also conducts classes in the State of Florida and has authored courses approved for real estate agents and has seminars for financial planners.
Born in Pennsylvania, Tom has been in the Orlando Area for the last 27 years, with his wife of over 40 years Amy who teaches autistic children. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from California University of Pennsylvania and has 3 children Kristin, Zach and Maddie. His daughter Kayln has a memorial basketball tournament every year at the Master's Academy called the 'Kalyn High Classic" in honor of her life and to help raise funds for childhood cancer. He loves sports as he believes it teaches life's lessons and a fun fact about him is he is a Certified Professional Pickleball Coach. He has been blessed and he is hoping that he can pay it forward with his reverse and mortgage knowledge, helping make a difference with his clients and their lives.
