With over two decades of broad legal experience, Neil supports the company’s efforts to innovate and grow through acquisitions, joint ventures and other key transactions and initiatives. In his role, Neil works closely with the company’s senior management team and board of directors to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities that align with the company’s vision and values.

“What I have come to love most about Rate is our grit. We are relentlessly focused on achieving our goals and overcoming obstacles. What others see as setbacks, we see as opportunities to learn, grow and improve,” said Neil. “It is such a pleasure to work with a leadership team that is always willing to roll up its sleeves and get in the weeds to get things done and solve problems that stand in the way. That passion and perseverance is an integral part of who we are.”

In his free time, Neil loves listening to music, travelling, skiing, fishing, golfing and playing basketball. Neil was born and raised in Michigan and is an avid University of Michigan football and basketball fan. He lives with his wife and two kids in the Chicago suburbs.

“I am motivated by new things to learn, new ideas to embrace and new problems to solve, and every day at Rate brings multiple opportunities for motivation. Above all, I am proud to be part of a company that cares so much about its employees, its customers and its communities,” said Neil.
