Adam Shoger is the Chief Analytics Officer at Rate, where he drives data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to the entire organization, as well as playing a key role in bring the CEO’s vision to life. With a diverse background in banking, venture capital, corporate finance, strategy, and technology, Adam excels at addressing complex business challenges by collaborating across departments and leveraging data to develop intuitive, impactful solutions that drive value throughout the entire organization.

Previously, Adam held several executive positions at multiple financial services and fintech organizations. In his most recent role as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Rate, where he spearheaded the creation and development of an autonomous and cutting-edge Strategy and Innovation Department. His team invented and built transformative and revenue-generating products, services, and processes that played a pivotal role in increasing efficiencies and building the business.

Adam’s also has an entrepreneurial background, evidenced by his role as the founder and CEO of electronic payment processing company International Payment Systems, Inc., which he built and led to significant growth over the 10 years he was at the helm.

Adam holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Statistics, and a bachelor’s degree from Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University where he was on both the wrestling and judo teams.
