Kasey Marty has been with Rate for over two decades, serving as a seasoned executive dedicated to driving growth, efficiency and profitability in his role as Chief Revenue Officer. He uses his wealth of experience in production, pricing strategies, margin management, product optimization, and risk management across all Rate companies and business lines. He leverages his expertise in mortgage lending, origination, price optimization, and corporate strategy to deliver exceptional results for Rate and its customers.

Kasey is responsible for driving profitability across originator, branch, regional, and divisional levels within each Rate company. His focus lies in optimizing product decisions, executing scalable pricing strategies, and analyzing the trade-offs between margin and volume to ensure optimal pricing approaches.

Specializing in revenue operations and strategy, Kasey identifies critical factors that unlock predictable, scalable growth for the organization. He touches all revenue-generating activities across the enterprise, designing a structure that maximizes both product and financial performance. By embracing agile principles, Kasey promotes team engagement and creativity, fostering innovation and continuous improvement as the organization adapts to market and company changes in its pursuit of revenue growth.
