Julie is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with an office at Rate in Lake Oswego. She has over two decades of experience. Her journey began in 2001 on the operations side of the business, where she gained invaluable knowledge on mortgage products and loan structuring. Transitioning to sales in 2005, she assumed leadership in 2010.  
An active member of the Home Builders Association(HBA), Julie dedicates herself to community contributions. She volunteers with the HBA & HBF(Home Builders Foundation), leveraging her expertise for a positive impact. Julie's commitment extends to her role as an Executive Leadership Team member for the Alzheimer's Association.  
As a certified instructor, Julie regularly shares her knowledge with peers and industry partners, consistently earning recognition, including the Mortgage Professionals Award and achieving President's Circle & Circle of Excellence throughout her career.  
A Portland native and avid supporter of the Trail Blazers and Oregon Football, Julie's love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies- hiking, paddleboarding, cycling, and camping. During her downtime, she cherishes quality moments with her son, family and friends.
