Josh Friedson is a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Rate with over 24 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Josh's expertise ranges from providing first-time homebuyers with the knowledge and support they need to confidently make one of life's most significant purchases, to identifying unique solutions for more complicated financial situations.
Josh's extensive experience and caring manner, combined with technology to build a more efficient process, is infused in every customer experience. Josh lives in Potomac, Maryland, with his wife and two children. He believes strongly in giving back to the community by providing two annual scholarships to Veterans at the University of Maryland.
