In addition to my bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois, and my MBA from DePaul University, I have been in residential lending for over 14 years. I also have many years in the construction and renovation fields, in various capacities. And having been an underwriter for many years prior, I understand the complexities of financing and the importance of proper documentation, structuring and follow-up.
